My name is Angel. In 2010 I decided to see what it would be like to live in the energy of 100% trust all of the time. I started practicing the exercise this workshop is based on. I became calmer, more centered and the overall quality of my life has been continually improving. My experience of trust energy is that my heart and soul consider the energy of trust to be of primary importance and the heart and soul cannot get enough of the trust energy. There is actually a feeling that they crave the trust energy. This is why on the top of my personal cards I say, “Trust Is Delicious.”
I hope you have the time to practice the ‘Connecting To Trust Energy Exercise’ and begin to refocus and redirect the trust energy in you that is constantly flowing inside of you 100% of the time. It makes a huge difference in everything about you; on both the inside and the outside.
